Halvah

My version

1 cup tahini
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup wheat germ (GF Sub: sesame seeds)

1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp vanilla

Mix together well. Line a loaf pan with waxed or parchment paper. Press mixture into the bottom to make a nice even layer. Chill well for an hour or two. Turn out onto counter & cut into squares.
