 L- Creamy Lemon  Salmon Pasta (haven't tried this yet...will use rice pasta and cream cheese....will redo recipe to my tastes after we eat it :)
 D- Kielbasa, Braised  Cabbage & Onions, augratin potatoes
 Saturday
 B- Dippy Eggs &  Fried Egg Croissant Sandwiches
 L- Baked Sweet  Potato Coins & Tomato Coconut Corn Chowder
 D- Black Beans &  Rice, sauteed spinach, hard boiled egg

 B- Pumpkin Rice  Pudding & Pumpkin Berry Muffins
 L- Mexican 7 layer  dip and chips
 D- Sushi Spring  Rolls
Do you have a recipe for the Pumpkin Rice Pudding? It sounds wonderful...
ReplyDeleteIt isn't anything real special. I use my regular rice pudding recipe (which is on the blog) and I stir in some canned pumpkin at the end and some pumpkin pie spice. I love a little extra cloves/nutmeg sprinkled right on top after serving.
