I found this site through the NT forum and have enjoyed going through some of the recipes. My husband and I really liked the french toast casserole and the slow cooker apple dumplings (I used honey instead of sugar).

I'm trying to become more organized with my meals and so I would like to be able to double and triple batches of things and then freeze them. What type of containers do you use to freeze everything in? I know that glass is probably the best, but that's a lot of glass containers that I would have to acquire. Aluminum would be easier, but I thought aluminum wasn't healthy for you. So, I was curious what you used.

Also, if you ever have time (hahaha, having time in the last month before giving birth - that's hilarious!) I would love to see what you have on your spreadsheet for prep. What type of things do I need to start thinking of concerning that. It's nice to see what other people do.

Thanks for some of the great recipe ideas and inspiring me to become more organized concerning my meal planning.

I use some glass and some Tupperware type. Since we are doing such LARGE amounts now....I do have some aluminum disposable. I just lined them with parchment paper.

I will send you my spreadsheet if you email me off list. I am not sure how to post any attachment on the blog... rstump@cfl.rr.com
